Awesome

You guys are awesome! It was nuttin' but hot today and we still had about 30 of you knocking out some pretty good miles this evening. And still had a good time hanging around and visiting. Can't beat that. Much thanks to Randy Boone and his CarePoint Resources team. They taught us how to administer bystander CPR and also introduced us to the basics of using an AED. That's going to make a difference in someone's life one day. I'm convinced of it! Thank you Randy for your team's time and effort. Here are the results of today's run.
