Week 3 Run

See the results from tonight's run here. Had a good turnout, in spite of it being unusually hot for May. Looks like this week is going to continue to be unseasonably warm. Stay hydrated and take it down a notch on those long runs! One item of housekeeping - seems like I accidentally linked last week's results to a document that could not be shared publicly. Perfect Evening for Run Two

If you missed our Summer Swing Run this week, you missed out on a near perfect May evening - cool and breezy, no rain, low humidity. Doesn't get much better than that in May! We had a pretty good turnout of 40 runners and walkers, dogs, strollers, families, and some pretty fast competition as well. Hope you can make it next week. We have 11 runs yet ahead of us.
