Run 8 Results

Wow, that was a hot run. Really. And now that we are rolling into July, there will be more. To be exact, 4 more runs, and that is it for the series. We have the watermelon run ahead us us next on July 11th, and the pizza run on August 1st. Just a reminder as things heat up....this is not the time to be working on a PR! Slow your pace and work on staying hydrated. Your health and well-being is important to me! You can check your results of run 8 here. Now, about the shirts. They look great! I think you will be pleased with them. Men's singlets are a different shade of green since coming from a different vendor. I'd say they are more of a yellow-green than a safety green - but regardless, they are very visible and look terrific. I will bring them and distribute them on July 11th. Remember, no run on July 4th. If you have not yet paid for your shirt, bring cash or check on the 11th.
