Better come well prepared to our run Tuesday July 1. Looks like it could be brutally hot, a real scorcher. This is not the day to worry about setting a PR! Plan on dialing it back a bit and not pushing too hard. I'll bring plenty of Gatorade and water. Look forward to seeing you Tuesday. Doug
